Smooth Sailin'

If all mornings could go this smooth my life would be a piece of cake! All the kids were ready by 7:30am. They had their chores done w/o me having to tell them. They had their lunches made and their rooms done. Ethan even wore a collared shirt and clean shorts w/o too much hassle (though he wouldn't wear his new shoes...urgh, but not worth the fight!). Taylor was feeling adventurous last night and wore those pink rollers in her hair, but to her dismay found out how well those things work! She got back in the shower to start over on her hair - WITH OUT TEARS!!!! I will enjoy mornings like this 'cause I know they are short lived! Don't get me wrong, my kids are great and quite responsible, but with 4 kids, things are normally quite crazy around here!

For some reason the kids were not thrilled that I went with them to their classrooms this year. *sniff sniff*! What so wrong with your little brother and sister running around the room and your mom trying to snap a few photos of your every step???Ethan's thinking, "JUST GET OUT OF HERE"!!!Taylor took notes at Ethan's classroom and stopped us at the door. No walking her to her desk here. *sniff sniff again*!
